Satyamev Jayate Aamir Khan Fake Or True

Satyamev Jayate Aamir Khan Fake Or TrueSatyamev Jayate, on its initial episode, was watched by more than 90 million people around the world. Satyamev Jayate has been rated as the most watched TV Show ever in India. Satyamev Jayate started with the topic of female foeticide. The show got hit as more than 2.70 crore viewers watched it. If all the viewers from rural to urban areas are counted then the number of people who watched the show raises to 90 million.

The second show of Satyamev Jayate was about child sexual abuse. Aamir Khan said that 53% of the children have suffered from sexual abuse. The show further went on with people discussing about the topic. Aamir Khan invited people who have faced sexual abuse in their life and asked them to tell people how it affected their afterlife.

The theme or the pattern of Satyamev Jayate has not changed so far. People discuss about the topic, Aamir Khan provokes them to send SMS (the money of which will go the charity) and then writes a petition to the Government of India.

All this sounds and seems good on TV. But is Satyamev Jayate all about social work?  When we see a dance program in which a participantSatyamev Jayate Aamir Khan Fake Or True says to SMS in favor of him what do we think of. We think about our money, how the particular channel program would earn through our SMS.

Satyamev Jayate is earning through SMS. Aamir Khan provokes the audience to send an SMS, as this would be a good deed. Just send one SMS and get rid of the sins you have ever done. Surely you won’t earn through your good deed but Satyamev Jayate‘s team and Aamir Khan would.

Sridevi also came on Satyamev Jayate. Of course she came there to raise the ‘TRP’ of the program. It’s like the stars who come on KBC to play with Big B.

I suggest you to also read this post. KBC Season 6

Satyamev Jayate goes around Aamir Khan; it is all about what Aamir Khan does. There are many NGO’s working upon such topics since ages, so why there contribution is not shown. Satyamev Jayate is about faming a star who is contributing his part in the social world.

I believe that if a TV channel is showing any thing, it’s surely because they are earning from it. Every show wants to earn, no TV show would ever run on the screen if it was to become a bad debt.

  1. I think its true amir khan is trying too help people who didnt got justice and are still suffering from problems.Through this show he is trying to help those people who didnt got justice…Its gud that some one is helping those people..

  2. Yes abhinav, Aamir Khan is helping people but he has his own personal motives behind it.
Read on from the fourth paragraph.

  3. Atleast he is using his position to make good changes in India/ improve India. I don’t care if he is earning through the show. What I care about is how Indians are watching this show and instigated to do something about it. I believe NGOs are working but they need support from people at his position to make stronger impact. So people should see the effect of the show and not the earnings.

  4. I am sure it is true, there may be other NGO’s working for social welfare but kind of awareness famous personality like Amir Khan can do, is something which others cannot do, and if they can they have not thought about it. Many people watched the show initially due to fanship of Amir, though later on liked his thoughts to bring social change. I think he is doing amazing job. I am not Amir fan, but now I really appreciate him for the work he is doing. Hats off to him.

  5. I guess its a matter of perception. Considering the fact there are so many NGO’s .. are you really saying they can show all the NGO’s and their stories in a ONE HOUR episode. The fact that they are making an effort to at least make each one of us aware of situations around us is appreciative. Yes, there may be worse cases. However, this show even with one case in one episode does make each of us aware of these situations. How many of us are actually doing something towards the society to make a difference. If you are doing it, AWESOME! IF not, putting down somebody’s efforts is not right. As for Aamir’s tears, have you ever watched yourself cry, so as for fake or real, we are nobody to judge. Widen your imagination and look for the lesson and not criticism. Keep the noble work going AAMIR!

  6. Also to add aamir khan is not doing an easy job being aware bout the fact that this is a very controvercial topic he still chose to do this knowing the problems that are gonna arise ! This does strongly suggest that its not a fake !

  7. It is high time we started looking at the positives of things. Just because Amir, Star Plus and so on and so forth earn from the show, does that mean that we even neglect the good that they have done? There is a general notion that you need to suffer [or in this case host the show fro free or not earn profits] in order to do good. So even if someone is doing our society good, we label them as selfish or incompetent for also earning through the same. Earnings and social work should not be mixed up as long as the objective of betterment is achieved.
